When Waltco equipment needs service, Waltco’s customers will call our centralized support center. We’ll tow the truck to the nearest or most effective participant in our program and manage the repair event. As an experienced Waltco repair company, it’s imperative that you sign up with us so that we can send business your way.
What’s in it for Waltco Vendors?
Of course you will receive calls for Waltco service in your area. Also, because TTN is one of America’s leading fleet maintenance, roadside breakdown, and towing providers, your affiliation with Waltco may qualify you to be on our general vendor list. If you are interested in picking up new business as a TTN service provider, please indicate that during the sign-up process.

The program is powered by TTN Fleet Solutions. To make sure you get Waltco-originated calls in your area, you must sign up for this program and register to become a preferred vendor. Sign-up and participation are free. Once you have entered your information, a TTN Fleet Solutions agent will reach out to you to verify your info and complete your enrollment. Even if you are already a TTN Fleet Solutions vendor, you must complete this process to participate in Waltco repair events.

Will Customers Still Call Me Directly for Waltco Service?
They might. Waltco is referring customers to this centralized program with a single phone number for Waltco service; however, it’s possible some customers may still call you directly, and you are — of course — free to service them. We simply want to ensure that any customer in your geographic area that calls us, finds you.
Who Will Pay for the Service? The Customer or TTN Fleet Solutions?
TTN Fleet Solutions will become your customer for all requests for service originating through the Waltco Roadside Program. We’ll receive estimates, audit invoices, and ensure prompt payment.
Is This a Legitimate, Waltco-sponsored Program?
Yes. We have launched the Waltco Roadside Assistance Program in conjunction with Waltco. In fact, any Waltco customer can call TTN for any other type of roadside assistance — not just repair to Waltco liftgates. Signing up as a vendor for this program is the best way to ensure you end up getting Waltco-related repair opportunities in your service area. But if you also sign up as a TTN vendor, you may have the opportunity to get other repair work from TTN.
Is There a Cost to the Program?
No. There is no cost to participation in the program; however, we do need to contact you to ensure your qualifications and capabilities — and to understand the scope of your services.
